6 - May 14, 2019   ScienzAperta arrived in Catania, at the INGV Etna Observatory, where researchers and technicians from the institute met the students, showing them the tools and techniques for surveillance and monitoring of active volcanoes in Sicily.

24 May 2019         The cartoon "Mallet's vision" was presented in the Conference Room of the Rome office of INGV, created by the Lucanian Civil Protection Group and the "Fondazione con il Sud" in collaboration with the Institute and illustrated by the Lucan cartoonist Giuseppe Palumbo to retrace the story of the Irish engineer, father of seismology.
