From 24 January to 18 February, at the Palazzo dei Capitani in Ascoli Piceno, THE RECONSTRUCTION I WOULD LIKE will be held, Il Piceno one year after the earthquake.
The event, organized by the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology - INGV (EDURISK project) and by the Municipality of Ascoli Piceno, about one year after the earthquake that hit central Italy, aims to provide the community with space, time and ways for a shared reflection on the problems and perspectives of reconstruction.
To collectively process the earthquake experienced and develop ideas and proposals for the future, there are many initiatives:
EARTHQUAKE: TALK ABOUT IT TOGETHER, a space curated by INGV (EDURISK project) which provides for public discussion, scientific cafés and periodic meetings with researchers, administrators and storytellers;
FACCIAMO NOI!, an active exhibition conceived by INGV and ConUnGioco Onlus to collect thoughts, proposals and visions of the inhabitants of the Piceno area;
From January 24th to February 5th, INGV will also host, with a dedicated space, CaSse di resonance, an exhibition of projects - home on one side, workplace on the other - for the areas affected by the earthquake in Acquasanta Terme.
