After the 6.0 magnitude earthquake that occurred at 03:36 Italian time on 24 August, the INGV National Seismic Network located a total of 2553 events: 129 earthquakes with a magnitude between 3.0 and 4.0, 12 localized ones of magnitude between 4.0 and 5.0 ed a di magnitude greater than 5.0 (that of magnitude 5.4 (Mw 5.3) which took place on 24 August at 04:33 Italian time in the Norcia area (PG).
