From the beginning of the sequence, with the earthquake of magnitude 6.0 which occurred at 03:36 Italian time on 24 August, the National Seismic Network (RSN) of the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV) has located overall over 8300 events: 176 i earthquakes with magnitudes between 3.0 and 4.0; 15 localized ones of magnitude between 4.0 and 5.0 e a di magnitude greater than 5.0, that of magnitude 5.4 (Mw 5.3) occurred on 24 August at 04:33 Italian time in the Norcia area (PG). 
From 11.00 on 9 September (time of last update) have been registered 5 earthquakes of magnitude greater than or equal to 3.0, the strongest, of 3.3 magnitude, have been located on 10 September at 19:00 (Italian time) in the province of Ascoli Piceno (Arquata del Tronto) it's the day 11 September at 20:39 (Italian time) in the province of Rieti (Accumoli).
