With reference to the seismic events of recent days in the provinces of Rieti, Ascoli Piceno, Perugia, L'Aquila and Teramo, we report the update note published on the INGVterremoti Blog of the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (Ingv).
After the 6.0 magnitude earthquake that occurred at 03:36 Italian time on 24 August, the INGV National Seismic Network located a total of 1820 events: 115 i earthquakes of magnitude between 3.0 and 4.0, 11 localized ones of magnitude between 4.0 and 5.0 ed a di magnitude greater than 5.0 (that of magnitude 5.4 (Mw 5.3) which took place on 24 August at 04:33 Italian time in the Norcia area (PG)).
