An earthquake measuring 4.4 occurred this evening, March 6, at 21.12 (Italian time) in Switzerland, about 60 km from Zurich, about 50 km from Lucerne and 60 from the Italian border.
The seismic event was felt in a vast area on the Italy-Switzerland border, particularly in the provinces of Varese, Como and Sondrio.
