Registrations open until 29th Thursday 16th June at 9.00, at the Scuderie Aldobrandini in Frascati (RM), Piazza Marconi 6, appointment with #WIRE16: Business, Research and Economics Workshop.
The event, of which theIstituto Nazionale di Geofisica e Vulcanologia (INGV) is the organizing partner, conceived by Frascati Scienza, with the aim of listening to business needs, sharing research ideas, and engaging funders to improve the innovation chain in Lazio. #WIRE16 is supported by the European Commission, the Municipality of Frascati, and ESA-ESRIN.
An informal meeting. Through the pitch format, entrepreneurs, researchers and financiers will be able to tell each other and communicate needs and ideas aimed at improving the world in which we live in 5 minutes. Plenty of room for topics: from research and its applications, to design, technology, information technology, ideas for infrastructure, up to laboratories and job opportunities for young people, networking knowledge and skills.
To submit your idea, you can sign up until May 29 by filling out the FORM on the website wire16.frascatiscienza.it at the link "PROPOSE YOUR IDEA" (http://wire16.frascatiscienza.it/iscriviti-come-relatore.html) complete with applicant's curriculum/data sheet. Registration is free and open to all.
Three prizes up for grabs: Best idea prize, worth 2000 euros; Innovation prize, worth 1500 euros; Best communicator prize, worth 1500 euros. The projects will be evaluated by a scientific committee made up of professionals in the various sectors of innovation, research, finance and scientific communication. The selected proposals that will participate in #WIRE16 will be announced on June 10th
