On 20 November 2015, the Court of Cassation confirmed the innocence of Giulio Selvaggi Franco Barberi, Enzo Boschi, Mauro Dolce, Claudio Eva, Michele Calvi, in relation to the events of the earthquake in L'Aquila and the meeting of the so-called Major Risks Commission of March 31, 2009. The Supreme Court rejected all the appeals of the Attorney General of L'Aquila and of the civil parties, confirming the conclusions of the appeal process, according to which the crime did not exist for the six defendants.
On 20 November 2015, the Supreme Court definitively cleared Giulio Selvaggi, Franco Barberi, Enzo Boschi, Mauro Dolce, Claudio Eva, Michele Calvi with reference to the accusations related to the L'Aquila earthquake and the expert meeting (defined Great Risk Commission) held on 31 March 2009. In the definitive judgment the Supreme Court rejected all the objections, thus confirming the verdict of the Court of Appeal of 10 November 2014: six experts have been cleared.
