On 25 May 2016, as part of Forum PA 2016, a conference will be held organized by the Forum of the Unified Guarantee Committees (CUG) of the PAs, a network that brings together the committees of over 50 administrations, central, national and beyond.
We will discuss the role that the Single Guarantee Committees can have in the innovation of the public administration, through the involvement and motivation of the people who work there in the awareness of their function for change.
The event includes four sessions: development of human resources, work/life balance tools, the contribution of the Single Guarantee Committees for ethics in the PA and for the prevention of corruption, organizational well-being also as a vehicle for efficiency.
