Published the 600 PINGs of ING

On the occasion of the celebrations for the XNUMXth anniversary of the birth of the National Institute of Geophysics (ING) (http://comunicazione.ingv.it/index.php/newsletter), thanks to the digital recovery of the INGV Central Library in Rome and the subsequent collaboration between the Library and SISMOS (IT center for the study of seismic events through digital archiving and processing of historical seismograms of the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology) , the 600 Publications of ING - PING (National Institute of Geophysics Publications List) from 1938 to 1999 have been made available online. This is not the entire scientific production of ING staff of that period. Since the 60s, many publications have found their place, increasingly, also in numerous national and international scientific journals.

The 600 PINGs have been extracted, according to the different periods of ING's history, from: Scientific Research, Bulletin of the Italian Seismological Society, Annals of Geophysics, research reports and technical reports.
