An earthquake of M magnitudeL 4.0 it happened this morning 08 hours: Italian 21 (9 December 2016 07:21 UTC) between the provinces of Reggio Emilia and Modena. The epicenter was located by National Seismic Network of INGV to one depth of about 8 km.
