On the day of the 10th anniversary of his death, the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV) wishes to remember, with unchanged esteem and affection, Dr. Cesidio Lippa, historical Director General of the Institute. He recalls the commitment, dedication, constancy with which he led the organization for about twenty-five years, allowing it to achieve scientific and administrative excellence. He has been a high point of reference for all the components of the Institute and for the entire sector of public research bodies.
