INGV participates again this year in the Science Week and European Researchers' Night 2016-17

Frascati Scienza will once again be the leader of a network of researchers, universities and research institutes that extend from the north to the south of Italy in promoting the most important European scientific communication event, the one in which researchers, in over 300 European cities at the end of September, they come together to show the thrill of discovery, the passion and the importance of the most beautiful job in the world: the researcher.

The next two editions, curated by Frascati Scienza scheduled for September 2016 and 2017, will be under the banner of MADE IN SCIENCE, for a science seen as a real 'chain of knowledge', capable of producing and distinguishing itself for excellence, quality, creativity, reliability, transnationality, skills and responsibility.

Just as Made in Italy is the symbol of our country, MADE IN SCIENCE will be the brand that distinguishes the quality, excellence and importance of Italian research and the leitmotif of the scheduled appointments; will be the image with which the thousands of participating researchers will communicate the values ​​of science to society on the occasion of Science Week and European Researchers' Night 2016 and 2017.

The European Researchers' Night is a project promoted by the European Commission. The project coordinated by Frascati Scienza is carried out in collaboration with the Lazio Region, the Municipality of Frascati, ASI, CNR-ARTOV, ENEA, ESA-ESRIN, INAF, INFN, INGV, CINECA, GARR, ISPRA, CREA, Sardegna Ricerche, with Sapienza University of Rome, University of Rome "Tor Vergata" and University of Roma Tre, LUMSA University of Rome and Palermo, University of Cagliari, University of Cassino, University of Parma, University of Sassari, University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.
