INGV: signed the memorandum of understanding for "Pisa City of Science"

Memorandum of understanding signed Pisa City of Science for the planning, coordinated implementation and enhancement of activities for the dissemination of scientific culture, innovation and technology. The agreement, formalized between the most important institutions of higher education and research of international value that characterize the Tuscan city, also saw the presence of the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV), represented by Gilberto Saccorotti, Director of the Pisa. The aim of the agreement is to plan and disseminate a cultural offer between art and science, aimed at the population of all ages. The envisaged activities are: educational (from nursery school to university), dissemination events aimed at enhancing scientific culture, innovation and research by developing educational programmes, study and training initiatives.
