L?Ingv ? among the scientific collaborators of the exhibition ?In Principio. From the birth of the universe to the origin of the work of art? scheduled in Novara, Complesso del Broletto, from 29 November 2014 to 6 April 2015.

A journey through seven environments, with content usable at different levels thanks to the presence of numerous visual and sound stimuli.
The section dedicated to ?Earth and its surroundings?, created with the scientific advice of Ingv, ? accompanied by an interview with Claudia Piromallo and offers the visitor an interactive exhibit on the internal structure of the earth, geomagnetism and plate tectonics. A functioning seismic sensor allows visitors to see their own ?earthquake? on the monitor.
At the exhibition ? Also present is the ?Palieri electromagnetic seismograph?, a famous and sophisticated seismograph built in 1856 and put into operation for the first time on Vesuvius.
The exhibition project was born from the collaboration between the Municipality of Novara and the Coccia Theater Foundation, based on an original project by Sergio Risaliti and produced by Codice.Idee for culture and sees as scientific collaborator, in addition to Ingv, the Inaf- National Institute of Astrophysics .
