The new episode of GEOSCIENZE News, the web news of the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV) created in collaboration with ANSA - Scienza & Tecnica, is online.
In the first part dedicated to the seismic bulletin, the INGV researcher Maria Grazia Ciaccio gives an overview of the earthquakes that have occurred in Italy in the last two weeks. Since May 16, the national seismic network has recorded more than 610 events, seven of which were of magnitude equal to or greater than 3.0.
The second part is, however, dedicated to scientific study, with the INGV researcher Graziano Ferrari who talks about the vision of Mallet, the father of seismology.
