Hence the need for the numerous authors to publish the results of the experiment in the journal INGV Quaderni di Geofisica.
This issue of the magazine ? exhibited, from 22 November to 8 December 2010, at the Galleria della Biblioteca Angelica in Rome, on the occasion of the art exhibition "Ehi, boy!" - personal exhibition of Daniela Troina Magr?, author of the work inserted on the cover.
The work "Percorsi", chosen for the cover of this volume, effectively represents, albeit in the abstract, the
he destructive power of the natural event that occurred: the fracture that etched the Earth, the dark blue of an energetically shaken sea, the bright red of the blood shed by the numerous victims. This exhibition has the patronage of the Ministry of Heritage and Activities Cultural, the City of Rome and the University? of the Studies of Roma Tre.
On 30 November Andrea Tertulliani, Editor in Chief of the magazine, and Milena Moretti, first author of this issue, took part in the "meetings with the author" initiative, starting a debate on the 1908 Messina earthquake with the audience.
The attendees then had the opportunity to visit the rooms of the Angelica Library, welcomed by Dr. Fidomanzo.
