The exhibition “Earth: the planet in 5 senses”, organized and curated byNational Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV) in collaboration with the City of Genoa, continues to intrigue and fascinate visitors.
Following the great success of the exhibition at the Genoa Science Festival, the Municipality of the Ligurian capital has decided to reopen the exhibition to the public. from 4 to 26 November in the Dogana Hall of the Doge's Palace.
The exhibition itinerary, designed according to criteria of inclusiveness and accessibility, was conceived to offer visitors a multisensory involvement able to guide them through the direct recognition of important natural phenomena, often invisible, that keep our planet alive.
From the listening of seismic waves to view of the Earth's magnetic field, the INGV exhibition invites visitors to rediscover the five senses that allow humans to constantly interact with their surroundings, enriching their interests and increasing their awareness.
“Earth: the planet in 5 senses” It will be open from Monday to Friday with guided tours for schools from 9:00 to 13:00, and on Saturdays and Sundays with free admission or with guided tours for groups from 10:00 to 17:00.
