The appointments of “Science Together NET”, the Project which, between talks, urban trekking, games, scientific aperitifs and conference-shows, is enlivening the Roman summer with science and dissemination, to end on 24 September with the European Researchers' Night 2021.
"Scienza Insieme NET", coordinated by the National Research Council (CNR), has for several years brought together numerous public research bodies and universities in our country with the aim of bringing adults and children closer to the world of science and research, increasing their awareness and their involvement.
The National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV) joins the initiatives of this new edition of the event with a scientific trek entitled "The geology of the Talenti Park: observations to reconstruct the evolution of the Roman landscape", scheduled for Thursday 7 July at the CineVillage Parco Talenti in Rome.
The activities will continue on 9 and 10 July when, again at CineVillage Parco Talenti, INGV will set up a stand to welcome visitors with educational activities, workshops, seminars, games and much more.
The day of July 10 will end with the show “Earthquakes Totem Taboo”, written by INGV psychologist Massimo Crescimbene and INGV seismologists Salvatore Mazza and Nicola Alessandro Pino to stage science and seismology alongside psychoanalysis and philosophy. The representation, directed by Francesca Satta Flores, will be followed by a moment of confrontation with the authors entitled “From characters to people: philosophy of science, psychoanalysis and seismology”.
