An "information point" will be set up on Thursday 13 December 2018, in the atrium of the headquarters of the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV), managed by the members of the Institute's Single Guarantee Committee (CUG).
The initiative is part of the events promoted on 13 December by the Department for Equal Opportunities of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of the "First Agile Work Day in Rome" as part of the PON "Governance and institutional capacity 2014/2020 - Axis 1 ”, as an opportunity to raise awareness and discuss for the promotion of innovative and flexible ways of working.
The "agile work" envisaged by Law no. 124/2015, taking advantage of the possibilities offered by new technologies, sets itself the objective of an innovative approach to work organization by spreading a new cultural model in public administrations that is more functional, flexible and oriented towards accountability for results, positively influencing productivity and the level of organizational well-being of employees, also in terms of work/life balance.
