INGV | Condolences for the passing of colleague Antonio Rovelli
Last Sunday, July 13, 2025, Antonio Rovelli passed away. He was a great seismologist, recognized and appreciated in Italy and abroad. Hired in 1976 by the then National Institute of Geophysics (ING), he helped build what would later become the INGV, holding management roles and training generations of researchers with scientific rigor, passion, and enthusiasm.
