Friday 13 December from 10.00 to 17.30, in the Marconi hall of the National Research Council (CNR), the AIQUA - Italian Association for the Study of the Quaternary study day will be held "Sea level rise: causes, effects, impacts and scenarios expected on the coasts in 2100”. The aim of the appointment, sponsored by the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV), by the Institute of Environmental Geology and Geoengineering (IGAG) and by the Institute of Geosciences and Georesources (IGG) of the CNR, is to provide a concise but exhaustive picture of causes, effects, expected impacts and on the possible solutions to be implemented to defend the coasts through the evidence of scientific data and multidisciplinary case studies.

Participants will be researchers from all over Italy who will focus their attention on the Mediterranean area.

Access mode: registration / credit

The scientific days are free for AIQUA members, for non-members there is a fee equal to the minimum registration fee for AIQUA, which will be considered equivalent to affiliation and will entitle you to participate free of charge in all the initiatives AIQUA.
