"WALKING WITH... AI - ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE", is the theme of the new 2024/2025 school calendar promoted byNational Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV)In partnership with CINECA and aimed at primary schools.
The theme of the competition, "WALKING WITH... AI - ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE", was chosen to highlight one of the most important challenges humanity is facing: technological development and artificial intelligence (AI). , respecting the rights of all and without discrimination, to guarantee long-term well-being and progress for all inhabitants of the planet, present and future.
We live in a time where technology, including AI, is becoming increasingly pervasive, and in the near future, we will see AI developments impacting all aspects of our lives. Although it is not visible, AI is everywhere, learning by watching, listening and acquiring data, just like we do. The competition invites participants to reflect on how AI affects our lives and what it could become in the future. Competition participants are invited to submit drawings that represent the world of artificial intelligence, even though by its nature it is invisible and intangible . Drawings can portray how AI is imagined, how it is used today or what it is thought it might be like in the future, along with the problems it could address and the progress it could facilitate. Primary school pupils are encouraged to participate by sending their drawings at:
