Space and aerospace research and its applications for society in the rich program of seminars, conferences, demonstrations and shows of the fifth edition of the Expo-Forum with the participation of INGV
Come back again this year, from 5 to 7 December in the spaces of the Rome Fair, the appointment with the organized in collaboration with theItalian Space Agency (ASI) and sponsored, among others, byNational Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV).
The prestigious international event, now in its fifth edition, will, as always, see the INGV as the protagonist with its rich program of initiatives aimed at telling the general public and high school students about the potential of the space economy and the "new Space".
INGV's participation in NSE 2023 will once again be coordinated by , Whose mission is to connect and plan the organisation's activities in the space and aerospace sector.
INGV will be present at the Expo with a stand where visitors will be able to interact directly with researchers and discover how space culture can be applied to Geosciences to conduct advanced research on earthquakes, volcanoes and the environment.
With flyer information, thematic videos, seminars and technical-scientific demonstrations, INGV researchers will illustrate to the public the main research projects and services based on the analysis of spatial data and technological development in which the Institute is involved.
New this year will be the show "Upside Down" by the artist Maria Sofia Palmieri, with a mashup of acting and dance which will feature the Galileo Galilei's telescope. The show, proposed by INGV, will be an opportunity to experiment with an engaging form of communication in which research, knowledge and art blend together to offer the public a new point of view on our Planet and Space.
