In the main Italian squares and online, volunteers meet citizens to spread knowledge of natural risks in our country and good civil protection practices.
Sunday 24 October the appointment is with "Io Non Rischio", the campaign promoted by the Department of Civil Protection, the National Association of Public Assistance - Anpas, the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV), the Cima Foundation and the Network of the University Laboratories of Seismic Engineering (ReLuis). The event, now in its 11th edition, is organized with the aim of promoting awareness of the risks present in the area and making citizens aware and active in reducing them.
The Civil Protection volunteering, the Institutions and the world of scientific research will once again be together to spread the culture of prevention in a double way: in presence and, at the same time, online through digital squares.
The voluntary associations that adhere to Io Non Rischio, in fact, will create real online 'squares' on Facebook by offering materials and information on risks, live links and various contributions. The online events will therefore be the virtual meeting points, open to the participation of all citizens who want to get information and share their experiences on the risks that persist in our territories.

Also for this edition, INGV took care of updating the volunteer trainers, supported the training courses for the volunteer communicators of the voluntary organizations participating in the campaign at a regional level, made digital materials available by supporting the associations in the preparation process of digital squares.
