On the occasion of International day dedicated to Guglielmo Marconi, the Bolognese scientist who became famous forinvention of the radio, Rocca di Papa Geosciences Museum of the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV-MUGEOS) opens its doors to visitors.
The event, organized in collaboration with theItalian Amateur Radio Association (ARI) andCultural association “Knights of Orcatura”, will be an opportunity to remember an invention that radically changed the course of history and to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Marconi's birth.
Saturday April 27th, starting 9 pm: 00, from the INGV MUGEOS in Rocca di Papa (RM) tests will be carried out international radio connections curated by the Italian Radio Amateur Association.
At 17: 00, then, the public will be able to take part in a cultural event during which Marconi's life will be retraced through the music , reading songs and poems edited by the Knights of Orcatura.
