
Earthquake Literacy Day is celebrated on 13 January, the event that the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology promotes to talk about earthquakes, the environment and the importance of our actions for seismic prevention and earth protection. A special occasion to learn about INGV's research and service activities and to share with everyone our constant attention to the territory, the environment and risk mitigation.
This year the event, which will be held on Wednesday 13 January 2021, will be totally online and will address the school world.

we will collect all applications from primary and secondary school students.
The INGV experts will answer all the questions live on 13 January 2021, from 9 to 13.

From 10:00 to 11:00: questions from Primary School pupils
From 11:00 to 12:00: questions from 1st grade secondary school students
From 12:00 to 13:00: questions from 2st grade secondary school students
At the end of the "answers" there will be a virtual visit to the seismic monitoring room and the most interesting questions for each cycle of studies will be asked again.
